Refund policy

At Impressify, every product is made to order and printed exclusively for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or color preference. We strongly encourage all customers to review our Size Guide carefully before placing an order.

When we make it right

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, misprint, or damage — or if you receive the wrong item — we will resolve it at no cost to you. To be eligible, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery at ascendecommercellc@gmail.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo showing the issue

There is no need to return the product. Upon verification, we will offer either a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

What is not covered

  • Wrong size or color ordered by the customer
  • Minor color variations due to screen display settings
  • Print placement variations of up to 0.5" (standard tolerance for DTG printing)
  • Orders with an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout

Unsuccessful deliveries

If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, we can arrange a reprint with an additional shipping fee, or issue a partial refund for the product price only.
