How it works

Every Impressify product is made to order. This means your item is printed and prepared specifically for you after your purchase is confirmed. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships.


Domestic Shipping (United States)

Total estimated delivery: 4–12 business days from order date depending on your location and selected method.


International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination and are estimated at 7–20 business days after production. Customs fees, import duties, or local taxes may apply upon arrival and are the sole responsibility of the customer.


Important notes

  • Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have entered production.
  • Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on your location and carrier availability.
  • With Standard Shipping, orders may occasionally be delivered to a nearby post office or parcel locker rather than directly to your address.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or carrier disruptions.
  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your notification.


Lost or undelivered packages

If your package shows as delivered but has not arrived, please contact your local carrier first. If the issue remains unresolved, reach out to us at Ascendecommercellc@gmail.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will work to find a solution.
